Layla Collins joined Chain Bridge Bank, N.A. in October 2024, bringing more than six years of accounting and audit experience with financial institutions. Before joining the Bank, she served as an Audit Manager at Crowe LLP, where she worked on external audits for publicly traded companies and developed expertise with key regulatory frameworks, including PCAOB, FDICIA, SOX, FFIEC, and COSO standards.
Layla holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accountancy from Valparaiso University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with the Washington, D.C. Board of Accountancy.
